Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 231 was read the third time. Senators Halford, Taylor, Ward, Mackie, Leman, Wilken, Tim Kelly, Phillips, Elton, Hoffman, Pete Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill.
